The Fine Art of Creating Critters
The University of Houston has a gallery space for students to display their work. In April 2024, I installed my solo show "The Fine Art of Creating Critters". Works displayed include multimedia sculptures, acrylic paintings, prints of digital art, pen and marker illustrations, monoprints, and linocut prints. The show aimed to highlight how art does not always need a deeper meaning or complex thought process behind it. Sometimes, an artist creates just because they want to. They want to draw a strange creature or funny animal. Art is fun, and that is that.
